Full time positions (32 – 40 hours per week) are

Administrative:
Client Services
Coordinator
Full and part time positions to answer phones for
client and referral inquiries, appointment
scheduling, case management, typing, filing, client
check in, insurance benefit verification and other
general office duties working from our West Dundee
facility. Candidate should have excellent
communications skills, computer skills
and good organization skills. Bilingual Spanish is a
real plus. Hours are generally
M - F 8:30 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. and Sat. 8:30 A.M. –
3:00 P.M.. The schedule for
full time and part time
may be days or evenings. We are flexible with the right candidate.
Clinical:
Certified Addictions
Counselors (CADC, CSADC, CRADC)
Full and part time employee or independent
contractor positions for all facilities.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of
experience in all phases of substance abuse/chemical
dependency education, intervention and treatment
programs. Knowledge of DUI and Secretary of State
services helpful but not required. Bilingual Spanish
is a real plus. Qualified counselors are provided a
client census where they will provide group and
individual counseling, educational programs,
intakes, discharges, treatment planning and other
substance abuse program requirements.
Psychotherapists (PsyD,
LCSW, LCPC & LPC)
Part time positions for independent contractor
positions at all facilities for licensed
professionals with 3-5 years post license experience
working with a wide range of clients with a variety
of behavioral health problems. The agency will
provide you with clients, approval to our managed
care and EAP panels, billing, collections,
appointment scheduling and a secure, professional
setting for clients. Compensation is paid at the end
of each month based on a percentage of fees
collected. Malpractice and workers compensation
insurance is provided under our blanket policy for a
nominal annual fee (waived for the first year). The
minimum schedule
is two days or evenings four hours each to provide
some flexibility to our clients.
If you have a following of clients, we will work
with you to transition them to our agency and third
party payer, if any.
